ALBIA
Albia is an office building built by Emblem Capital and situated in the Santa María corridor in Monterrey, Mexico.

The building is a display of great design by one of México’s most iconic, renowned and prestigious architects, Agustín Landa Vértiz †.

With 5,400 square meters and 150 offices distributed over 19 floors, Albia looks to attract a public that understands that a modern office should function not only as an efficient work space.

These same pillars are the conceptual overarching element behind Albia’s brand story: 7 pillars = 7 brand values: Location, Design, Atmosphere, Distribution, Functionality, Amenities, and Efficiency.

As a direct analogy to the building’s strategic design, Albia’s branding applications are designed to reflect a modern exterior, while the interiors provide a warm and flexible touch for its audience.

Our concept and our basis for the development of the brand’s visual language is the sum of this philosophy, the façade and the building’s raw materials. The logotype, a symbol for the 7 iconic pillars that visually define and physically support the building, was designed with simplicity, elegance and efficiency in mind.

The sales brochure showcases a breakdown of its contents in a proactive and attractive way, detecting different levels of information: from the more specific to the more laid out, while playing with different layouts for each.
